✅ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – Accepted Within 7 Days Only

We accept return, exchange, or refund requests within 7 days of receiving your parcel. After 7 days, no requests will be entertained.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or defective fabric

• Color/design not as expected (replacement allowed with Rs. 250 charges)

✅ If you just don’t like the color/design, you can request a replacement order with Rs. 250 processing charges.

✅ If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we will send a free replacement without any extra charges.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided if the product is unused, unstitched, and returned within 7 days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

• Stitched or altered items

• Clearance/sale items

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 7–10 working days.
