Return & Exchange Policy

At Bayaprints, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, please send the item to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
